Privacy Policy

H&M Transportation Services LLC ("H&M Transportation," "we," "us") operates https://hmtransportationkc.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and who we share it with. It applies only to the Site itself — not to the third-party booking platform you're taken to when you click "Reserve."
Information you give us
When you submit a quote request, we collect the information you enter into that form: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, pickup date and time, vehicle preference, passenger count, and any notes you add.
That information is sent directly to our booking inbox by email. We do not store quote request submissions in a database on our end — the email itself is the record.
Third parties we rely on
- Google Maps Platform — powers the address autocomplete on our booking form. As you type a pickup or drop-off location, that text is sent to Google to return address suggestions, subject to Google's own privacy policy.
- Resend — the email delivery service that sends your quote request from our Site to our inbox.
- MyLimobiz — our third-party booking and reservation platform. When you click "Reserve Now" or "Reserve Vehicle," you leave our Site and land on MyLimobiz's own booking page, which operates under its own privacy policy and terms, not ours.
Cookies and analytics
As of the date above, this Site does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
How we use your information
We use the information from your quote request solely to respond to you, prepare a quote, and arrange the transportation service you asked about. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a marketing list without your separate consent.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete a quote request you previously sent, by emailing hm.transportationkc@gmail.com.
Children's privacy
This Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
